under netting. The vineyard has been very well-fertilized and produces grapes
of excellent quality.

This farm has about 22 acres of grapes with 15-plus acres under netting and
good harvest figures. There are 8 acres of plums and 2 acres of apricots
and 2.5 acres of quince that should probably be ripped out and planted with

implements to work the farm.

The house is in good shape and could be quite nice with a few renovations
and decoration. It has telephone, Direct TV and city utilities. There is a
very large barn that could be turned into a small little winery for the
elaboration of homemade wine for sale under a Wine Institute license.
